Kwabenya Jailbreak: Court adjournments too much – Lawyer

Lawyer Owiredu Donkor, a counsel for one of the accused persons involved in the Kwabenya jailbreak has expressed his disquiet over the several adjournments of the case.

According to lawyer for Nancy Dentaa, the adjournments are compelling him to file another bail application for his client.

Speaking in an interview with Daakyehene Ofosu Agyemang, Lawyer Donkor said her client’s younger child is suffering since Nancy’s remand.

An Accra Circuit court has adjourned the case to 9th April, 2018 because the presiding judge, Aboagye Tando was attending a meeting.
