Ex Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan affectionately called “Baby Jet’ has revealed that the current Black Stars team should be built around West Ham playmaker Mohammed Kudus because several great players have heralded the Black Stars in recent years and it’s time now.
Asamoah Gyan’s endorsement of Kudus as the focal point of the Black Stars signifies a passing of the torch from one generation to the next. Having experienced and understands the importance of identifying and nurturing young talent for sustained success.

Kudus has been impressive so far in his maiden season with West Ham since arriving from Ajax in the summer. He has 12 goals and 5 assists in 36 games for the Hammers in the 2023/24 season.
