The Supreme Court on monday morning sitting had cause to caution one of the legal team members of President Akufo-Addo in the ongoing Election Petition to be mindful of his comments in media after court proceedings.
Mr. Frank Davis is on record to have made series of reckless comments in the media since the beginning of the trial justifying the decision of the court for the caution.
Referring to Rule 38, the Chief Justice, Justice Kwasi Anin Yeboah told Mr Davies that some of his commits violates ethics of the legal profession.
“The court was not comfortable with the interviews that you grant outside,” the court said Monday morning.
Proceedings continue today as the general secretary of the NDC Mr. Johnson Asiedu Nketia continues to mount the witness box for cross examination.
