Amandzeba thinks that Ghana should provide unemployment benefits to its citizens.

Amandzeba, a renowned Ghanaian Highlife artist, has called upon the youth of Ghana to demand accountability from their leaders in light of the current economic difficulties.

In an interview with Berla Mundi on TV3, Amandzeba highlighted complacency as a significant factor contributing to the hardships faced by Ghanaians.

He emphasized that Ghana, with its abundant natural resources, should have the ability to provide unemployment benefits to those who are unable to find jobs.

Amandzeba stressed the need for a collective effort towards progress and work, regardless of political affiliation.

He pointed out that Ghana is rich in resources such as gold, diamonds, oil, and lithium, and questioned why these resources have not translated into benefits for the general population.

Amandzeba expressed his frustration with what he referred to as “national complacency” and a tolerance for inequality, calling for a change in the country’s attitude. He emphasized that Ghana’s natural resources should benefit all citizens and not just a privileged few.

Amandzeba encouraged the public to hold their leaders accountable and demand equitable distribution of the nation’s wealth. He cautioned against a cycle where leaders become masters and citizens become servants, highlighting the importance of speaking truth to power.

Amandzeba’s message is in line with a growing number of voices in Ghana calling for economic reform and a more equitable distribution of resources.
