The Democratic Republic of Congo has rejected Aaron Wan-Bissaka’s request to join their national team.
Sources have revealed that the highly skilled wingback had privately expressed his enthusiasm to play for DRC but was informed that they were no longer interested in his services due to his previous rejection of the federation’s call-up in favor of playing for England.
An anonymous source stated, “We have no interest in him. He is comparable to a woman who rejects your advances with hopes of finding someone wealthier and returns with her tail between her legs when it doesn’t come to fruition.”
Aaron Wan-Bissaka currently plays as a right-back for Manchester United and has made 178 appearances for the Red Devils.
