Accra Lions FC midfielder has sealed a move to the Greek side for an undisclosed fee.
Ghanaian midfielder Hagan Frimpong has officially joined Greek second-tier outfit GS Ilioupolis from Accra Lions FC.
The 20-year-old, who was part of Ghana’s U23 team, signed a three-year contract with the Ilioupoli Municipal Stadium outfit after passing a mandatory medical test.
The club statement;
“Accra Lions Football Club can confirm the departure of midfielder Hagan Frimpong to Greek second-tier side GS Ilioupolis.
Frimpong managed to score four goals in 41 matches for Accra Lions in the Betpawa Premier League since their promotion from the Division One League in 2021.
