The 2020 Presidential Candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, has taken his national Thank You Tour to the Eastern Region.
Speaking on Eastern Region’s Sunrise Fm, John Dramani Mahama expressed worries over the current state of Ghana’s economy under the Akufo-Addo led government.
He said the government has failed to pay District Assembly common fund in the last four quarters which has halted development.
He urged the government to put strict measures in place to help save the education system which seems to be collapsing.
Mr John Dramani Mahama mentioned Finance, Education and Energy as some of the affected areas.
