Working together to maintain and improve the lives of residents of community 16- CrOc16 holds a third general meeting

Concerned Residents of Community 16 Tema (CrOc16) held their third general meeting on December 3 at the Lavish Pool Bar. The group is a community-based organization undertaking a range of community welfare activities on behalf of its residents.


The meeting dubbed `Neighborhood Watch’ aims to reduce the risks of home burglaries, vandalism, and personal assault and also to provide information to national security on their See Something Say Something initiative.


It saw many residents participating and ready to give their all in support of bringing peace and security to their doorsteps and the whole community of 16 areas.


They shared views on how to force issues worrying the community to the assembly for better solutions
The former assembly member of Lashibi, Hon Justice Tettey was present at the meeting and gave brief discussions on how he was working excessively during his tenure of office to make life better before his removal from office and called on the people to vote wisely during the upcoming assembly elections and he contest again.


According to him, most of the issues discussed at the meeting are the work of the Assemblymember of the area hence, voting on December 19 will determine the betterment of their lives and solutions to issues raised at the meeting.


The next meeting of CrOc16 is scheduled to take place next year on January 7, 2024.
