Nigerian actor Timini Egbuson has opened up about his private life, pushing back against public perceptions that he is a womanizer.
The Nollywood star reportedly disclosed that he has not shared a bed with a woman in two years, explaining that his demanding acting career has taken up most of his time and attention.
According to Timini, his busy work schedule leaves him with little opportunity to pursue an active romantic or social life, contrary to the image some people have of him.
“People assume I’m a womanizer, but I haven’t shared a bed with a woman in 2 years. Nollywood has taken over my life,” he said.
The actor explained that he spends most of his day on movie sets and often returns home as late as 11 p.m. after a long day of work.
He added that his routine involves taking a shot of Martell to help him unwind before going to sleep.
“I’m on set all day, return home at 11 PM and take a shot of Martell to calm down before sleeping. I’m not really on the streets,” he added.
Timini’s comments offer a glimpse into the demanding lifestyle behind his career, suggesting that his professional commitments leave him with limited time for relationships and other social activities.
