Mingle was relieved of his duties despite a 3-2 home victory against Techiman Eleven Wonders in the 7th round of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season last Sunday. This win marked only the second victory of the season for Nations FC and their first since the opening weekend on September 14, 2025.
Despite the recent triumph, the club’s management decided to part ways with Mingle and Smith, likely due to a string of underwhelming performances.
