Ghanaians Are Following the Impunity footsteps of the President…Asiedu Nketiah Backlash president for politicizing Assembly Elections

National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Johnson Asiedu Nketiah has taken a swipe at the president Akuffo for leaving a foot path of impunity for Ghanaians to follows.According to him, the inaugural ceremony of the Assembly which took place was nothing to write home about seeing most of the Assembly without getting a presiding member and marred with chaos across the country.Speaking in a media interview, Mr Nketiah is of the view that, this height of impunity started by president encouraging his party members to campaigned heavily for their candidate during the Assembly election, so how can one tell me that it is not the president who started this, “he stated.He is of the view that, the kind of headlines from the newspapers baffles his mind as to how Many Assemblies do we have in this country compare to what the papers are given out.

He finally asserted if this level of impunity on behalf of the government can be curtailed, the authorities should call their subordinates to order to desist from politicizing the Assembly election to ensure development in our various Assemblies in the country.
