- Criticism of Akufo Addo’s Administration: In contrast, he criticized the Akufo Addo administration for its perceived failure to prosecute its own members accused of wrongdoing. He suggested that this perceived inaction had led to Akufo Addo being labeled as the “clearing agent” by Ghanaians, implying that he was not holding his party members accountable for their actions.
- Call for Change: Hon. Dafeamekpor called for a change in leadership, advocating for the return of John Mahama to the presidency. He urged Ghanaians to support the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and its flagbearer John Dramani Mahama in the upcoming elections, believing that Mahama’s leadership would bring about better governance and a stronger commitment to fighting corruption.
