Evangelist Patricia Asiedua, popularly known as Agradaa, has declared that she would immediately walk out of her marriage to her husband, Angel Asiamah, if she catches him having an affair with another woman.
According to Agradaa, she would not allow the support her husband offered her during her time in prison to prevent her from ending the marriage if he becomes unfaithful.
In a video circulating on TikTok, the evangelist made it clear that she would not tolerate infidelity, insisting that her husband’s role in helping her through her difficult period would not be enough reason for her to remain in an unfaithful relationship.
“I will run away the very day I see my husband having an affair with another woman. I won’t consider the fact that he is part of the people who made me get out of prison,” she said.
Agradaa further stressed that she would not allow her husband’s support during her incarceration to become a reason for him to mistreat her or engage in extramarital affairs.
“I won’t tolerate the fact that you will have to maltreat me because you are from prison,” she added.
The evangelist maintained that she would leave the matrimonial home if she caught her husband cheating, regardless of any efforts by others to persuade her to stay.
“If I catch him, I will leave the home, and no man can convince me to have an extramarital affair,” Agradaa declared.
Her comments have drawn attention to the issue of marital fidelity, with her position suggesting that gratitude for a partner’s support should not mean accepting infidelity in a marriage.
Agradaa’s remarks also highlight the importance she places on loyalty and respect between couples, regardless of the challenges they may have faced together.
The statement is likely to spark further conversations among social media users about whether a partner’s sacrifices and support during difficult times should influence the decision to end a marriage over cheating.
