The bankroller of the current champions of Ghana Premier League 2022/23 season, Medeama Sporting Club has revealed that the current technical director will still be at post for the CAF Champions League.
Speaking to another media station, Moses Armah emphasized that they are waiting for the technical report from the technical team led by coach Augustine Evans Adotey and they will do all that is necessary to maintain the winning team.
“Adotey was employed by Medeama as the technical director, we are not ready to let him go anywhere, he is going to take charge of the team to Africa. He has done it before, he has been to Africa twice so he can do it. He is now managing the affairs of the technical team so we are waiting for his report for the season, then we will deliberate on it and give him all that he requires for the Africa competition. “
Coach Augustine Evans Adotey played 14 games, 9 wins, 2 draws, 2 losses, scored 24 goals and conceded 12 goals as the manager of the club.
The former Black Maidens coach replace Umar Rabi in the second half of the season, leading the Mauve and Yellow to their first-ever Ghana Premier League title.
