Ghana Premier League champions, Medeama SC, are in discussions with Tamale City regarding a potential transfer for Sampson Eduku this summer.
A source from another platform indicates that after Tamale city being relegated from the Premier League to the Division One, the former Karela United player could be seeking a new club, and Medeama SC has expressed interest in signing him as they prepare for the upcoming CAF Champions League.
Eduku, who is 27 years old, had an impressive season with Tamale City, scoring important goals despite his team’s relegation.
He recorded 14 goals and three assists in 26 games.
His performances have caught the attention of several clubs, including Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko.
However, it appears that Eduku is likely to join the league champions, as club owner Moses Armah Parker personally spoke with the player in the last round of matches.
