Bechem United bounced back from last weekend’s draw as they stood into the second spot firmly with an impressive 3-0 home win over Great Olympics.
Midfielder Abdul Karim broke the deadlock for Bechem United at the 26th-minute mark to give the Hunters a lone goal lead before Hafiz Konkoni notched twice (52nd, 78th minutes) respectively to seal the win for his side in what has been described as a ” fantastic game ” that disintegrated Great Olympics.
The victory extended Bechem’s win to 9 as they rebounded in the second half of the season and still stand second on the log with 30 points.
The Accra Great Olympics dropped to the 13th spot on 23 points with the loss.
