The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has approved the Cape Coast sports stadium to host Ghana’s AFCON 2023 qualifiers.
The Baba Yara sports Stadium was rejected when CAF team inspected the facility ahead of the qualifiers.
The Black Stars open the qualifiers vs Madagascar in Cape Coast on June 1 at 7 pm local time.
Ghana has been drawn in Group E of the AFCON 2023 qualifiers alongside Madagascar, Angola and Central African Republic (CAR).
