ACCRA, Ghana, 10th November, 2025: The Acting Minister for Defence has led the committee that investigated the August 6 helicopter crash to present its report and findings to the President.
The presentation took place during a meeting of the National Security Council at the Jubilee House.
The investigative committee was chaired by the National Security Coordinator, COP Abdul-Razak Osman, and was tasked with determining the cause of the incident and making recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
The full report will be made public on Tuesday, providing details of the committee’s findings and the steps to be taken to enhance aviation safety within the security services.
