We will always make public the rots in government- Ohene Bekoe

NDC Member of Parliament for Upper West Akim constituency, Hon. Derek Assifu Ohene Bekoe has stated that the current minority group of MP’s is visible and articulate than other minority parliamentarians in resent times.

Speaking on Ahotor FM’s morning show with Onantefour Addea Munumkum, the Member of Parliament stated that, Parliament’s work is to in act laws for its citizenry, but they are in parliament to unveil lies and rots in the government.

Minority in resent time, have organized press conferences on issues of national importance which has been condemned by the majority and the ruling government as time wasting and inappropriate.

“We are in Parliament to unveil the lies peddled by the ruling government; we will constantly speak the truth on such issues for Ghanaians to know that the government is acting contrary to what they promised during their campaign in the 2016 elections”

“The majority in parliament are in fears of the revelations that are unearthed by us, most especially the exposure that was given by the minority after the budget reading and midyear review in July 2017”

“I can state categorically that the majority in Parliament were so surprise when we took the minister for trade and industry and the organizers of the expatriate awards which is popularly known by all as the “cash for seat saga. The exposure on the 2.25billion dollar bond by the finance minister also surprised the majority” He stated.

The Member of Parliament made also stated that he will support his side in making the citizenry aware of rots in the current NPP government.
