“We are bribed with salaries to make us forgo our dreams”-Dr. Kusi Boachie Yiadom

Dr. Kusi Boachie Yiadom, a renowned entrepreneur, an expert in microfinance, a lecturer and a paramount Chief, has underscored the need for one to focus on their dreams and passion by being entrepreneurs.

He explained this by stating that it will not be easy for the current government to create jobs for the teaming unemployed youth, who compete for job placement each year since the number of students that graduate from our public and private tertiary schools are over 71 thousand annually and these numbers keeps soaring. Adding that the existing jobs are stretched by this reality on the ground.

Therefore the need for individual job creation or Entrepreneurship is the ultimate solution to economic freedom and satisfaction in life.

He added that God has inherently placed in every man the ability to solve problems and each man has that desire to do so, however  “it is said by one wise man that we are bribed with salaries to make us forgo our dreams”. He stated philosophically.

Dr. Kusi Boachie Yiadom was speaking on the maiden edition of the program, “Madwuma Npuntuo Nti” on Ahotor 92.3 Fm with Akyena Brantuo on Monday   20th March, 2017.

This is a business oriented program that seeks to build people up to venture into entrepreneurship and also educate existing business owners for greater results.

Emphasizing on who entrepreneurs are Dr Boachie  stated that entrepreneurs have the ability to see problems as challenges to make money,to create businesses out of them and to resolve problems that bedevils society.
