The member of parliament for Shai-Osudoku constituency in the Greater Accra region Linda Akweley Ocloo has urged the Traditional leaders in her area to take an active role in improving the road network.
This call comes after the queen mother of the Osudoku Traditional Area Nana Amponsah Dokuah III threatening to mobilize the residents to boycott the 2024 general elections if their roads are not fixed.
Nana Amponsah Dukuah III expressed frustration, stating that, years of voting have not brought any development in the area.
speaking to Ahotor news, Nana Amponsah Dukuah III said both the National Democratic Congress(NDC) and the New Patriotic Party(NPP) have failed to bring the needed development to the Osudoku area.
But the MP said traditional authorities must play a crucial role in addressing such concerns.

She however assured that, the efforts are underway to fix poor roads in the constituency.
