If the country has party faithfuls in the national security, then we are in serious trouble, we can’t continue to go down that lane because it’s a recipe for chaos and that shows the flaws in the country’s security apparatus. Trouble awaits us as a nation if we continue to recruit party footsoldiers into our security and makes us unsafe as citizens.
Kale Caeser
A former deputy Minister of the Upper West Region, Hon Kale Caesar, has claimed that the country’s national security apparatus is made of party faithfuls and it is a worry to the nation.
Mr Kale who is now deputy research director for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), is of the view that the just ended Parliamentary primaries by the New Patriotic Party was a clear justification of his claims.
He said during the elections, there were Bureau of National Investigations (BNI) staff and members of the National Security who went there to vote as party delegates.
“If the country has party faithfuls in the national security, then we are in serious trouble, we can’t continue to go down that lane because it’s a recipe for chaos and that shows the flaws in the country’s security apparatus” he opined.
With regards to his view on the monetisation of the primaries conducted by the NPP, he said it has exposed the party as to how they have misused the nation’s resources by accumulating our money to their own benefit.
“How did they get such amounts to spend. This tells us the loot and share that the incumbent government and their cohorts are practising in the country.” Hon Kale Caesar said on Asem Yi Dika, Ahotor FM’s political show hosted by Emmanuel Martey aka Alaska.
