Nana Kwadwo Safo Akofena Apologises to Kristo Asafo Members During Essumeja Donation Exercise

Leader of the Kristo Asafo Mission, Nana Kwadwo Safo Akofena, has apologised to members of the church in Essumeja following misunderstandings between him and his siblings after the death of their father and founder of the church, Apostle Kwadwo Safo Kantanka.

The apology came during a donation exercise organised in honour of the late Apostle Kwadwo Safo at Essumeja, where Nana Kwadwo Safo Akofena led members of the mission to interact with residents and extend support to the community.

As part of the exercise, more than 500 pieces of clothing were distributed to residents, including elderly women. The items were personally presented to members of the community by Akofena and his delegation.

Beyond the donation, the gathering became a moment of reconciliation and reflection as the Kristo Asafo Mission connected with members of the Essumeja community.

Music, dancing and warm interactions added a celebratory atmosphere to the event, as residents welcomed the delegation.

Akofena’s apology and the donation exercise have brought attention to the importance of unity within the Kristo Asafo Mission, particularly following the passing of its founder and the family disagreements that emerged afterwards.
