The much-awaited Multipurpose Sports facility in Wa is close to completion with virtually all sectors of the edifice ready for usage including the playing field according to the Board Chairman of the National Sports Authority.
Hon. Seth Panwum, who doubles as the Technical Advisor to the Vice President revealed his satisfaction at the state of work at the Upper West multipurpose sports complex after visiting the facility for inspection work.
After touring the facility, it has been established that the volley court, basketball court, handball, tennis field, Supporters stand and the playing pitch are all ready to be put to action
The former Wa All Stars manager called on the contractors to finalize the first phase of the facility with specific emphasis on the playing pitch during a routine visit to the Wa-based sports complex in the company of other high ranking officials.
