Some residents of kokrobite, a suburb in the Greater Accra want government to intensify education on COVID 19 in the area.
According to them, most of the people in the community do not understand issues of the pandemic and therefore does not comply with the precautionary measures to curb the spread of the virus.
Some are of the opinion that, the covid-19 is a hoax orchestrated by the government and its agencies to divert attention from the bad governance.
Some have even called for the public telecast of people in intensive care units to prove of the pandemic.
Two of the residents, Aaron Papafio and Stephen Arthur in an interview said, the ‘doubting Thomases’ will need more education and the supply of hand sanitizers and nose masks to the ignorant community.
