Kennedy Agyepong will come back in 2028 to contest —— Kadel Taylor

The Assin Central Member of Parliament Kennedy Agyepong and leading contender with the established candidate Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia and his campaign team has made it emphatically that, his performance in the just presidential primaries has given them the platform to set the stage for a comeback in the 2028 in a big showdown.

The internal political storm and wrangling is not yea over after the Member of Parliament for Assin Central has declared that, he now have a big stake in the party and important decision the party wants to take he must be involved.

The New Patriotic Party communication team member and also Kennedy Agyepong’s campaign team member Kadel Taylor discloses this on Adekyee Mu Nsem morning show on Ahotor 92.3 FM hosted by Citizen Kofi Owusu.

He is of the view that, Kennedy Agyepong and his team accepted defeat but going in forward their leader has make a mark by having the support from the grassroots and they now have a big stake in the party. He is of the view that, there is a need for all the followers of Kenney Agyepong not lose touch with the grassroots.

Though the NPP has fail in delivery on their campaign promises in creating jobs, he hopes the future is bright as they prepare for 2028.

Kadel Taylor reiterated that, all politicians must frown on religious and ethnic sentiments that can divide us as one people with common destiny.

The NDC Communication Team member Yaw Mainoo who was on the morning show, said the reality on the ground has shown that the NPP have failed Ghanaians since the government his team cannot deliver on their campaign promises.

He therefore cautions all our political leaders to desist from any agenda that have to do with ethnic and religion to divide the country. Let’s focus on our how to developed the country than going on a tangent of divisive comments from Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia and other political leaders that degenerate into confusion.

Speaking on the same platform Rasheed Isah Former Parliamentary Aspirant Tema West said the economy is very in the bas shape and NPP has nothing to offer and call on the NDC to rally around the former president John Dramani Mahamah to win power to develop the country.
