Kennedy Agyapong is not fit for president – Charles McCarthy

The reality of who leads the New Patriotic Party (NPP) as the leader of the party is taking twists and turns, social commentators are trying to correct the candidature of Member of Parliament for Assin Central Kennedy Agyapong, saying he is not fit to lead the party.

While the credibility of his candidature could be unfortunate with his public outburst and if he can be trusted as a statesman that can pass the test of credibility in respect to corruption is wavering.
Mr. Charles McCarthy Editor and plainspoken advisor, discloses this on Simpieso political show on Ahotor 92.3 FM in Accra and hosted by Emmanuel Martey (Alaska De Don).

He opined that the Assin Central MP does not look presidential in his public defense of the perceived corruption act of some government officials and that unguarded public discourse on topical issues does not carry respect to the discerning public.

Speaking to the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP), conclusion on Minister of State at the Finance Ministry, Charles Adu Boahen; described as flawed and misconceived the reasons given by the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) for not prosecuting former minister.

He reiterated that the OSP is not grounded to fight the cartel of alleged corrupt government officials who are ruling this country with an agenda to loot the country through cronyism, nepotism, and abuse of power, where OSP does not have the gravitas to deal with this corruption cases.

Surprisingly the NPP has a lot good caliber of good lawyers and the best brain who can man the OSP office to deliver justice fairly but, the establishment of this office is just to win the political campaign promises, but not achieve the purpose to pursue and fight corruption.
