Ghanaian businessman Ibrahim Mahama has donated GH¢200,000 to the family of the late actress Beverly Afaglo as they gathered to bid farewell to the celebrated actress.
The gesture was announced during Beverly Afaglo’s final funeral rites, held at the forecourt of the State House in Accra on Saturday, August 8, 2026.
Mr Mahama was among the dignitaries who attended the solemn ceremony, which attracted personalities from Ghana’s entertainment industry, as well as family members, friends and sympathisers who came together to honour the memory of the late actress.
The GH¢200,000 donation serves as a significant show of support for Beverly Afaglo’s family at a difficult moment, with the businessman joining others who have expressed their condolences and solidarity following the actress’s passing.
