The GHALCA Top 4 is a preseason competition traditionally involving the top four finishers from the previous Ghana Premier League campaign. In the 2025/26 season that just concluded, the order was roughly Medeama (champions), Bibiani Gold Stars, Hearts of Oak, and Dreams FC, with Samartex finishing just outside in fifth.
