Ghana Urged to Enhance Women’s Football at Grassroots Level – GFA Technical Director

The Technical Director of Ghana of the Ghana Football Association, Professor Joseph Kwame Mintah has emphasized the urgent need to bolster women’s football development from the grassroots level.

With a keen focus on nurturing talent and providing equal opportunities for female athletes, Professor Mintah aims to elevate the status of women’s football in Ghana.

Speaking to the current state of women football, Professor Mintah highlighted the importance of investing in grassroots programs to identify and develop young female footballers , emphasized that creating robust structures at the grassroots level is crucial for sustained success in women’s football and for building a pipeline of talent for the national team.
