GFA Commends Dreams FC and Medeama SC for Splendid Performances in CAF Competitions
The Ghana Football Association President Kurt Simeon Okraku has extended its heartfelt congratulations to Dreams FC and Medeama SC for their outstanding performances in the CAF competitions this season.
Dreams FC made headlines with their remarkable journey in the CAF Confederation Cup. Despite facing stiff competition from some of Africa’s top clubs, Dreams FC demonstrated resilience, skill, and a commendable fighting spirit throughout the tournament before been eliminated by Zamalek in the second leg.
Medeama SC, participating in the prestigious CAF Champions League, also made significant strides with their bold and fearless approach. Their games were characterized by strong team cohesion, tactical discipline, and individual brilliance but got eliminated in the quarter-finals.
In addressing the officials of the two clubs, GFA President applauds the commitment and dedication of both teams, recognizing the efforts of the players, coaching staff, and club management emphasizing that these achievements not only bring glory to the clubs but also serve as a source of inspiration for other clubs aiming to compete at the highest level in Africa.
