A group of prominent businesswomen from Kumasi and Accra has officially launched a new association, The CEOs, with a commitment to supporting vulnerable groups and promoting women’s empowerment in Ghana.
The association was unveiled at the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City in Accra, bringing together successful women entrepreneurs and professionals from both cities.
Founded by Mrs. Gifty Owusu, Chief Executive Officer of Mamamo Skincare and Cosmetics Clinic, The CEOs seeks to create a platform for women in business to collaborate, share knowledge and contribute to national development.
According to the founders, the association will support individuals and communities in need through charitable initiatives, mentorship programmes and activities aimed at empowering women and young entrepreneurs.
Speaking at the launch, members of the association expressed their commitment to using their businesses, networks and resources to make a positive impact on society. They also pledged to promote unity among women entrepreneurs while advancing corporate social responsibility efforts across the country.
The launch marks the beginning of a long-term initiative focused on improving livelihoods, encouraging entrepreneurship and building partnerships that support community development.
The event was attended by business leaders, invited guests and supporters, who welcomed the formation of the association and its vision of creating meaningful social impact.
