Madina MP donates to La Nkwantanan- M/A Basic School

Member of Parliament for Madina constituency Hon Francis Xavier Sosu has donated school items to La Nkwantanan M/A Basic School in his constituency.
The items donated to the school were books of over 23,500 that can sum up to GHC1.4 million with support from Life for Relief and Development to 45 private and public schools in Madina constituency in the greater Accra region.
Speaking to the media after the donation, the headmistress of La Nkwantana M/A Basic School, Madam Comfort Ewenam Gyesie thanked the MP and said this donation meant a lot to them because they were lacking a lot before the MPs’ intervention
According to her, they lacked storybooks and by the grace of God, the MP and other partners came to help them
She called on stakeholders and government, NGOs to come to their aid because they need a lot to achieve the success they have been dreaming of.
Again, she said the teachers in her school and other schools in the municipal are going to make good use of the books for they too need the help.
A pupil of Presec, Amoako Esther Alice got a scholarship from a member of parliament of the Madina constituency through their donation.
According to the class 4 block two student, she said this was a dream come true for her as her father used to promise her of scholarship.
She used the opportunity to thank the MP and called on God to give him more money to help other people.
