A former Member of Parliament for Adenta constituency, Kojo Adu Asare has indicated that, there is nothing to compare between Asiedu Nketiah and Ofosu Ampofo in terms of achievements.
Speaking on Simpieso, a political talk show airborne on Ahotor FM hosted by Emmanuel Martey, Alaska De Don, he said, there is so much to say when it comes to Ofosu Ampofo on his achievements and commitment to the party over the years.
“we first look at what has been done in the past before we look at what the person is willing to do in future”
Ahead of the upcoming Delegates Congress which is slated for December 17, 2022, Chairman Ofosu Ampofo has laid down fifteen strategic policies guiding his campaign which includes; training 80,000 trusted and highly committed polling station agents before 2024 who are hungry for victory 2024 and also to raise a national welfare policy that has been developed to cater for the welfare needs of party members at all levels.
Hon Adu said, Mr Asiedu Nketiah has levelled certain false allegations against Ofosu Ampofo which needs to be corrected.
“ it is never true that Ayawaso bye-election was a unilateral decision as he has been touting” he stressed
He cautioned Asiedu Nketiah to come clean and stop destroying somebody he has worked with for the past four years making him look bad just because he want to be chairman.
Many are wondering what has gone wrong to occasion the need for Asiedu Nketiah to lace boots with Chairman Ofosu Ampofo.
The Chairmanship contest is an intriguing one. Win or lose, one of the contestants will come out politically bruised.
