The Ghana Bar Association (GBA) said it will not accept the assertion that persons with partisan political inclinations are those appointed to the Bench.
The Association maintains that, the political leanings of individuals appointed must not be highlighted as against the appointee’s professional competences.
Public Relations Officer of the Association, Saviour Kudze in a response said, former President, John Dramani Mahama erred.
