An incontrovertible information reaching Ahotoronline from the seat of the president indicates that there’s an imminent ministerial reshuffle looming which is likely to sweep away some renowned ministers of state. The report further indicates that Kwaku Agyeman Manu, minister of health and Otiko Afisa Djaba, minister of gender children and social protection are the two ministers of state who are likely to be cut loose by the president. Again the current minister of zongo and inner city development is also likely to be axed.
The reshuffle which many have pre-named it “ministerial tsunami” is the first of it kind since the president took over in January 2017.
In another instance, Alan Kyermanteng popularly known as Allan Cash, minister of trade and industry will be reassigned to ministry of health, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah will assume the position of his current boss Mustapha Hamid as minister of information, Mustapha Hamid will be reassigned to a new position and Peter Amewu, the acting minister of ernergy will be confirmed as the substantive minister of the sector.
The president is expected to make the list public by the close of the day
