LASHIBI, Ghana, 6th September: As part of the station’s social responsibility, Ahotor 92.3 FM is set to organise a free health screening exercise as part of its commitment to promoting good health and wellbeing within the community.
The exercise is scheduled for Friday, September 18, 2026, at the Forecourt of Ahotor FM at Lashibi, with activities expected to begin at 8:00 a.m.
The initiative, which is being organised under the theme “Your Health, Our Priority,” will provide members of the public with access to a range of health screening services at no cost.
According to the organisers, the screening will cover eye and ear examinations, general medical screening, general paediatric screening, as well as developmental screening for autism.
The programme is open to everyone, with Ahotor FM encouraging residents and members of the public to take advantage of the opportunity to have their health checked and receive professional guidance.
The exercise is being supported by Mission Pediatrics, Eyedani Eye Care Centre, Banahene Specialist Hospital and Krispat Hearing Centre (GH) Ltd.
Ahotor FM says the initiative forms part of its broader commitment to community development and public education, recognising that early detection and proper health checks can contribute significantly to healthier communities.
The station is therefore calling on individuals, families and parents to make time to participate in the free screening exercise on Friday, September 18, at the Ahotor FM forecourt in Lashibi.
