Professor Joseph Kwame Mintah appointed as the new Technical Director of the GFA
The Ghana Football Association Executive Council has appointed Professor Joseph Kwame Mintah as Technical Director after the exit of Bernard Lippert.
Professor Mintah, Director of Coaches Education of the Ghana Football Association was responsible for strategic planning , sporting direction, tactics and formations adopted at all age levels.
He was responsible for the evaluation of coaches in attainment of the right training techniques and to ensure continued players improvement from one age group to the next
Professor Mintah was also responsible for creating the overarching training programmes, setting objectives and reviewing performance of coaches.
The former Black Stars Team Psychologist holds an Elite CAF A Instructors License Certificate from the Confederation of African Football .
