The leadership of the Former President John Dramani Mahama 24-hour economy must be targeted to the Tema free zone industrial enclave to revive major industries in the manufacturing area to create more jobs for the unemployed youth in the Tema area.
Who are really suffering from mismanagement and economic hardship from the leadership of the New Patriotic Party.
The Hon. Member of parliament for Tema West Hon. Isaac Ashai Odamtten said this on Adekyee Mu Nsem morning show hosted by Citizen Kofi Owusu on Ahotor 92.3 FM in Accra.
Going forward he reiterated that, the 24-hour economy must put major priority place, which has to do with incentive packages, security and constant supply of electricity to create more employment opportunities for the teaming unemployed youth in the industrial and the port city.
He is of the view that, the constituency in the Tema region; Tema West, Tema East Tema Central and Ashiman and Kpon Kantamansu, are poised for action to battle out the 2024 presidential and parliamentary elections, to win back all the seats.
Hon. Isaac Ashai Odamtten, opined that as a member of parliament, he has initiated a lot of projects in areas of infrastructure, sanitation and water provision.
The youth talent development projects in collaboration Ghana Ports ana Harbour Authority, comes to fruition in the construction of a multi-purpose stadia for the youth in the constituency.
Touching on the candidature of the flag bearer of New Patriotic Party Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia, he said the leader of the NPP lacks the credibility test in the current political climate of the country since all the promises espouse leading to 2016 elections, he has nothing to show for it.
Going forward it will be appropriate for the Dr. Bawumia to answer all the economic questions he trades on all the political platforms to address the severe economic situation confronting the country
