The constituency Chairman for Tema West Hon. Kwesi Poku Bosompem said the upcoming Presidential primaries in electing the flag bearer is for every member of the party as a delegate to exercise their democratic rights to elect the best candidate to lead the party to victory in the 2024 presidential and parliamentary election.
The internal fight among the ranks and file of the party must stop to direct our energy to unite the party after the primaries to work as one family, to win power.
He is of the view that he as a chairman of Tema West Constituency on Election Day at Star Kindergarten School at Community 5 has no extra power to carry out any assignment in favor of any candidate. The law and order on Election Day is in the hands of the police.
He stated this on, the Adekye Mu Nsem morning show on Ahotor 92.3 FM in Accra hosted by Citizen Kofi Owusu.
Kwesi Poku Bosompem, urged good citizens of the country to rally around to support the victims of the spillage of the Akosombo Dam, to help the affected community who are going through difficult economic challenges.
He condemned the act of brutality met to the people of Garu. He said the indiscipline within the ranks of the security forces is becoming too much of the day.

He is of the view that the flood victims from the Akosombo spillage loss and pain can be described as a security threat. And call on the government to come out with a settlement plan to help the victims who are still counting their losses.
Reacting to the Garu brutal attack by the military, he said, he’s so disappointed in the military command for not trying to instill discipline in all levels of ranks of officers to check this act of misconduct not to happen again.
