The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) on Thursday, held a public lecture to respond to Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as well as give the true state of Ghana’s economy.
The Vice President on Wednesday, led an economic management team at a town hall meeting to give an update of the ruling government’s performance and what is to come.
Among issues raised at the meeting include the performance of the cedi as well as a reduction in import duties.
The NDC, however, claim the meeting was a waste of time and a rehash of things said by President Akufo-Addo.
