Nigerian actor Yul Edochie has responded to his brother Linc Edochie’s advice regarding his marriage to his second wife, Judy Austin, and he’s clearly not happy about it. Linc spoke out during his appearance on Kanayo O Kanayo’s podcast, expressing his viewpoint on Yul’s controversial relationship.
He mentioned, “Everyone has the right to live their life, but one person’s freedom ends where another’s begins. If a decision you make could hurt someone close to you, you need to be careful.”
He suggested that Yul, who frequently shares posts about his wife on social media, should keep their relationship private. Linc warned, “You need to take your marriage off social media. People quickly turn against others. When there’s a problem, they’ll be all too eager to tear you down. It’s a reality—society often loves to see a hero fall. Be cautious about what you share.”
However, after watching the podcast clip, Yul took to Instagram on November 6, 2024, to hit back at Linc
He wrote, “Those who say ‘keep your marriage off social media’ should listen up! Nonsense.” Yul criticized his brother, pointing out that even though Linc chose to keep his own marriage private, it still ended in divorce.
He expressed, “You who hid your marriage, still ended up divorced? Your wife didn’t leave you? Psychos. Everyone seems to be an adviser on social media.”
He continued, “Your own life might be falling apart, yet you’re busy advising others. If I choose to post my wife a million times, how does that affect you? Did you pay for my data or is it your wife I’m posting? Ridiculous.”
