Wonder Victor Kutor brings a wealth of experience in law, management, and public service to the GOIL board. He holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Florida, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London, and a Professional Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. In addition, he has earned a Master of Arts in Public Affairs from the University of Ghana.
Kutor’s professional journey is equally remarkable. He has served as the Deputy Director of Legal Affairs at the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) and as a law lecturer, imparting knowledge to the next generation of legal professionals. His expertise in energy policy stems from his role as a research assistant at the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum. Furthermore, he has actively participated in political leadership as an elected member of the National Executive Committee of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
Kutor’s appointment reflects his blend of legal acumen, management expertise, and a deep understanding of the energy sector, positioning him to make impactful contributions to GOIL’s growth and governance.
