Award-winning Nigerian musician, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun also known as Wizikid has lost his mother.
According to Sunday Aare who is a Wizkid manager, the singer lost his mother around 1:30 pm on Friday.
Just last year, on August 26, he ran into her at an airport where he posed for a picture with her. He described her as an amazing first-class citizen when he posted the picture on his Twitter account.
In his tweet, he said “Such an amazing Woman … God bless you ma. D way I was carrying mommy’s bags today at the airport .. dem know say nah First class citizen.
His Fans and Friends sympathize with him on social media.
Davido also wrote;” Praying for you my brother @wizkidayo Sadness flies away on the wings of time. ??.”
But we are still waiting for Wizkid to break this sad news to us or comment on it.
