WE SQUANDERED A LOT OF OPPORTUNITIES- YAW PREKO
The head coach of Accra Great Olympics, Yaw Preko attributed their failure to pick all maximum points against Kumasi Asante Kotoko to lack of Composure .
In an interview after the match, Coach Yaw Preko expressed his dissatisfaction for the results. He feels his side deserves all the maximum points rather than the draw results.
“We squandered opportunities, l keep on telling them,When you play against a team like Kotoko and Hearts of oak, when you have to kill them , you kill them .lt happened to us when we played Hearts of oak”.
He further expressed his anger when Kumasi Asante Kotoko equalised on the last minute of the game same as Hearts of oak .
“The last set piece of the game , Kotoko equalised , same thing like hearts. We created more chances than them . I said this to Hearts of oak, if feels like a defeat. This is a shadwo Asante Kotoko club, with no disrespect to them and we shouldn’t be satisfied with the draw. When Hearts of oak and Kotoko are in their peak , they will kill every team ,so when you get them, you take advantage”.
In the last Five matches played by Accra Great Olympics , they have lost three , Win one and draw one.
