
Dr. Rasheed Tanko Computer, the Acting CEO of the Ghana Investment Fund for Electronic Communications (GIFEC), has issued a stern warning to corrupt officials, advising them not to attempt to flee the country.
According to Dr. Computer, the government is well aware of the locations of properties acquired through corrupt means and will take action to hold individuals accountable.
Dr. Computer praised the government’s swift formation of a cabinet within 14 days of taking office, demonstrating their commitment to working for the country.
He expressed confidence that the president’s campaign promises will be fulfilled, emphasizing that the government will pursue those who have stolen from the country.
It’s worth noting that Dr. Computer recently assumed office as the Acting CEO of GIFEC, bringing with him extensive experience in governance, technology, and public administration.
His appointment is expected to strengthen GIFEC’s mandate to bridge the digital divide in Ghana.
