Renowned Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie, has released a hilarious kumawood-like music video for his latest single ‘Gboza’ directed by Prince Dovlo.
Sarkodie is always up for surprises and he pulled another one with the music video for ‘Gboza’ directed by the creative Prince Dovlo.
The rapper usually gives us mind-blowing music videos; but switched to a full comic music video this time around and it does makes sense according to the lyrics.
‘Gboza’ music video had a young Kumawood comic actor known as Dabo as the lead character and in other words, represent Sarkodie in the video.
The song itself addressed random issues and the music video depicted exactly that. It’s fun watching the comic actor mimicking the lyrics in the song.
Sarkodie performed this song for the first time at the just ended Vodafone Ghana music awards accompanied by the beautiful choreography.
While others thought it’s a song throwing jabs at other rappers, it turned out to be a street anthem instead. Enjoy music video below.
