The two interdicted Union executives of the Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) says, the interdiction can never stop them from pushing for a better deal for the refinery
Anthony Joojo Koomson and Serwaa Duncan Williams alleged, this is an agenda by the board and management to pursue a deal wrought with illegalities and inconsistencies.
Meanwhile, The General Transport Petroleum Chemical Workers Union (GTPCWU) has vowed to ensure that its interdicted executives are reinstated as soon as possible.
But, the board says, the interdicted union executives breached the non-disclosure agreement regarding the draft TOR/Torentco Lease and O&M agreements, citing Article 43(4) (vii) of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between TOR and GTPCWU.
