There Is More Room For Improvement, Despite Our Better Performance – GFA ExCo Member Gifty Oware Reveals

Ghana Football Association Executive Council member, Gifty Oware, has revealed that the current Ghana Football Association administration has performed better but there is still more room for improvement.

In an exclusive interview, Mrs Grify Oware emphasized that while the GFA has achieved notable successes in various areas including better organisation of the Men’s domestic leagues, women’s football, improved infrastructures at the Ghanaman Soccer of Excellence, youth development in refereeing and building a solid foundation for Ghana football.

However, she was candid in her assessment that the GFA must continue to strive for higher standards, particularly in infrastructure development, financial transparency, and stakeholder engagement.

“We have made commendable progress, but we cannot afford to be complacent, Our vision is to take Ghanaian football to greater heights, lay a solid foundation and that requires continuous effort and dedication”.
