The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has expressed deep gratitude to voters in the Greater Accra Region for the warm reception given to its flagbearer, John Mahama, and his campaign team during their recent constituency visits.
Speaking on Ahotor FM’s Adekyee Mu Nsem with host Citizen Kofi Owusu, Greater Accra Regional NDC Secretary, Theophilus Tetteh Chaie, highlighted the overwhelming support and hospitality received, stating that it left the party both humbled and inspired.
“We were thrilled by the massive turnout and excitement in every constituency we visited. This clearly shows the people of Greater Accra are ready for change and are embracing our message of hope and transformation to build the Ghana we all desire,” he said.
Tetteh Chaie thanked the region’s residents for their warm smiles, thoughtful questions, and trust in the NDC’s leadership.
He emphasized the party’s commitment to listening to the people’s concerns and working tirelessly to deliver on its promises for a brighter future.
During the two-day #Mahama4Change2024 tour, John Mahama visited multiple constituencies, including Old Ningo, Prampram, Tema, Ashaiman, Nungua, Teshie, and others.
He engaged with traditional leaders, community stakeholders, traders, women’s groups, and the youth to share his vision and the policies outlined in the NDC’s 2024 manifesto.
